K J Choi
K J, who was the first Korean to win a US Tour Golf card, has been around the top of the golfing world for several years. He has had four top ten Major finishes, including two at the PGA Championship where he was 7th in 2006, behind Tiger Woods and 6th in 2004, behind Vijay Singh. He was a very creditable 12th last year. He is one of the few Koreans that have played consistently well on the US PGA tour and has achieved seven victories. He won the Sony Hawiian Open this year, by three strokes from Rory Sabbatini and last year he won twice, the AT&T National by three strokes from Steve Stricker and before that he won the very prestigious Memorial Tournament, by one stroke. He has a total of 14 career professional wins. In addition to his win in Hawaii, KJ has had two other top ten finishes on the tour this year. He is a former power lifter who was able to squat 350lb as a thirteen year old teenager, he has been known as the 'Tank' ever since.

Playing Style
KJ has a solid game with no real weakness's. He is a spectacular sand player and can hit the ball as far as almost anyone. His puttiung can let him down at crucial moments. KJ is a very calm player and a definate crowd favourite.
